Huawei CEO declares its HongMeng OS will be much faster than iOS and macOS
Huawei, the Chinese smart device maker, had actually just recently revealed that they would be coming with their own os called “HongMeng OS” to minimize their reliance on Android.

Ren Zhengfa, CEO and creator of the company, in an interview with French publication LePoint (via WCCF Tech), stated that the company’s HongMeng OS is more than a replacement for Android.
The OS could be used for interconnectivity throughout numerous devices, including network switches, routers, data centers, smart home gadgets, self-governing cars, and more. Furthermore, it can likewise be used in laptop computers and computers.
According to Ren, HongMeng OS has a processing delay of less than five milliseconds and is “likely” to be faster than not just Google’s Android but Apple’s macOS as well.
Ren acknowledged that Hongmeng OS is dealing with a hard task to support a robust software environment, as both Android and iOS have strong developer support. He, however, added that the business is actively constructing an app store to lure more designers.
HongMeng OS will supposedly launch in China this year, followed by other markets early next year. It is reported that company’s upcoming high-profile flagship, the Mate 30 Pro could run on HongMeng OS.
